We bring together scientists, industry partners, clinicians, and technologies from different disciplines to exploit the evolution of lactation, and to customize human colostrum and milk into appropriate products for premature infants.
The outcome will be a nutritional therapy that has application in the hospital systems of the developed world and in countries with limited or less sophisticated clinical facilities.
